The RCL remanufacturing plant in Hernando, MS is located 20 miles from Memphis International Airport (MEM) and consists of two major facilities: A 55,000 square feet main manufacturing facility and a secondary 9,000 square feet blast and paint facility.
The main facility is equipped with two 10 ton bridge cranes supporting a hydraulic repair shop, axle and transmission rebuild shop, hydraulic hose manufacturing shop, a fabrication shop, electric shop and multiple final assembly stations. All the electrical harnesses are manufactured in-house utilizing high quality wires that are individually numbered every six inches throughout the entire wire.
The secondary facility is adjacent to a 5000 square feet teardown area and houses a fully enclosed blast booth as well as blast cabinet to facilitate the removal of all foreign matter on metal resulting in a commercial white finish ready for paint. A large state-of-the-art positive pressure paint booth is equipped with an advanced plural component paint system to ensure consistent and exact paint mixtures, swift paint color changes and reduced harmful waste.
